"One year down the track I find myself an even more thoroughly satisfied customer of Joe. Initially, I was impressed by the professionalism, property scope, personal service and knowledge base of the consultants. As a single mother of three children and a life started once again from scratch, my levels of trust and skepticism reigned supreme. Property was something quite intangible for me personally and not a subject I knew well or in depth.

Today, I find myself with highly increased equity in both properties as well as profitable and genuine cash returns. Only two months ago I was contacted by a reputable Real Estate Agent on the Sunshine Coast who stated she had a cash buyer for my Buderim unit. The buyer was prepared to pay a further $130,000 on top of my original outlay however, I chose to keep my property as a long-term investment. This advice was also recommended to me by the local Councilor of Buderim (Cr. Zrinka Johnson) due to the diminishing number of building permits granted for any future unit developments for that area.
