From Tools to the Property World:
Joe started his career as a tradie in Sydney and became self-employed once he earned his plumber’s licence. Those early years taught him a valuable lesson — when you genuinely care about your clients and deliver excellent service, you don’t need to rely on advertising. Word of mouth kept him busier than most, and he often passed work to mates who needed it more.
Discovering a Passion for Property
Drawn to Queensland’s lifestyle and opportunities, Joe took on a role with one of South East Queensland’s largest land development companies. It became one of his most rewarding experiences, offering deep insight into the property industry — how it functions and where it could improve.
Building Something Different
After more than a decade in real estate and over 30 years in business, Joe founded Property for Me to restore genuine service to the property world.
